These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using OW ADVISOR ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The Service records and analyzes Overwatch gameplay data and provides party composition recommendations. This is an unofficial tool and is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

Article 3 (Prohibited Actions)

Users must not engage in the following actions:

• Unauthorized access, tampering, or reverse engineering of the Service
• Harassment or impersonation of other users
• Actions that violate laws or public order
• Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is." The operator assumes no liability for any damages arising from use of the Service. Recommendations are data-based reference information and do not guarantee in-game results.

Article 5 (Service Changes and Termination)

The operator may change or terminate the Service without prior notice to users.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms)

The operator may modify these Terms as needed. Modified Terms take effect upon posting on this page.

Article 7 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
